Very large shop. Very clean. Many products...

Great mix of local Basque products. Had almost everything you can think of. The checkouts have plenty of staff and you do t need to wait.

The cashier didn't know how to count. She ran out of change and told me that she had run out of change so she cpuldn't give me rhe 3 cents left of the bill. I told her it was not my problem anc to give me my 3 cents. That's when she called for someone to bring her change. She was so focused on the 33 cents she owed me that I had to indicate that she also owed me 3 euros The total change she owed me was 23 euros and 33 cents.. Either she can't count or she really needs much more training to be a cashier, especially on a busy Friday afternoon. I also spent 20 minutes in the queue because she was so slow, couldn't count and didn't kbow how tp pass the products through the machine. I know she is young,, but she ran up a real long queue because of her incompetence.

Okay for shopping many good things

Nice but not always cheap...
